trolling motor repair?
i have a 24lb thrust trolling motor that will only engage in 5th speed and then i have to scale down but it stops at 3rd whats the deal?

Sounds like you have a problem with the control head.
Your best bet, would be to contact the motors manufacture & find out the location of a local repair center & get it repaired.
Either that, or replace the motor
